Community Ed
Community Education Courses at Porterville College are designed to meet the needs of the community. They are designed to provide learning and enjoyment in a friendly, worry-free environment, and they include vocational skills, professional development, and exposure to new recreational enjoyments.
Please note: All of our online course offerings are not-for-credit (meaning you do not earn units) and are separate from the academic offerings of the College. Not-for-credit classes are not equivalent to credit offerings and cannot be used to meet prerequisites or to fulfill credit requirements.
We strive to create and offer a variety of exciting courses that are of interest to the community we serve. Community Education Courses are not funded by taxpayers' dollars. All registration fees and costs associated with the courses vary from course to course.
