Dismissal

 

An instructor may, for good cause as defined by law, remove a student from class for the day of removal and the next class meeting. The Kern Community College District Student Discipline Policy provides for due process and stipulates the procedure for administration of discipline. The policy is available in the office of the Vice President of Student Services and is also located on the college website.
