Welcome to the Porterville College Staff Development page. The Staff Development Committee is dedicated to the professional and personal growth of all employees here at PC. Our charge as a committee is to develop a campus community and culture of continuous improvement by providing, supporting, and increasing awareness of activities and opportunities which will enhance job performance, personal growth, and social interaction among all Porterville College employees for equitable student success.

Event Announcement Form: Use this form to submit an event to be added to the shared calendar.

 

Topic Request Form: Use this form to request topics for internal workshops/training sessions.

 

Funding Assistance Form: Use this form to request assistance with finding funding for a specific event. The Staff Development Committee does not guarantee that funding will be allocated for the submitted event; however, we will work closely with budget heads on your behalf to explore all possible sources for funding sources.

 

Suggestion Form: Use this form to make general suggestions regarding staff development at PC.
