- Suicide Prevention Hotline – They have a phone number you can call (1-800-273-8255), information on their website about suicide prevention, or a text/chat line if you are more comfortable talking to someone over text.
- The Trevor Project – A mental health organization dedicated to providing crisis prevention to LGBTQ+ youth.
- Active Minds – A mental health organization dedicated to raising awareness for mental health in college students. They offer internships for college students who want to make a difference in their college community.
- NAMI – The National Alliance on Mental Illness is a great resource to get information on different mental health illnesses, how to get help, support groups, advocacy, and more!
- NEDA – National Eating Disorder Association is dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by eating disorders. They want to raise awareness and advocacy around eating disorders so we can find cures and more people can get the help they need.
