The program offers a variety of resources that aim to foster solid pathways that lead to professional and personal growth. Who Can Participate in the Rising Scholars Program?
- Currently enrolled at Porterville College
- Enrolled in at Least three units.
- Currently or Formerly Incarcarated
- Students with close relatives who have been incarcerated
- Students who have been arrested, convicted, or adjudicated without incarceration
