Learn More About History (AA-T)

The Associate in Arts in History for Transfer degree is designed for students planning to transfer to the California State University or other institutions to continue studies toward a B.A. in History or for other programs that require an introductory foundation of the knowledge and skills to interpret and build an understanding of our political, economic, and social past. Students who pursue History degrees at transfer institutions establish a foundation for careers in education, law, politics, information management, business, travel, government, and journalism. Additionally, History students also find success in museums, libraries, and archival. Students must satisfy the following requirements in order to earn the Associate in Arts in History for Transfer degree.
