Pirates' Club Night a Slam Dunk!

Porterville College students showed their Crimson Pride at this semester's first ASPC Club Night, held during the exciting basketball double-header against Lemoore College on Wednesday. The stands were buzzing with energy as students, faculty, and community members cheered on our Pirates.
The Associated Students of Porterville College (ASPC) pulled out all the stops to make the night a memorable one. The first 50 students through the door received free popcorn and a soda, fueling their cheers and adding to the festive atmosphere. But the real highlight of the night was the Club Challenge. Student clubs went head-to-head, vying for bragging rights and a $100 donation to their club from the Athletics Department, by seeing which group could bring the most fans to the game. The competition was fierce, but in the end, the winning club was the MED Club! Way to show that Pirate Spirit!
Both the men's and women's basketball teams benefited from the incredible support, putting on great performances for the crowd. Whether you were there for the free popcorn, the competitive spirit of the Club Challenge, or simply to show your school spirit, the first ASPC Club Night was a success. A huge thank you to the ASPC for organizing this fantastic event!
Let's keep that Crimson Pride going! #CrimsonPride!
